Wonderful Global is a busy Sydney-based mortgage and finance business in Chatswood. We're looking for a confident Telephone Sales Representative (cold caller) to call potential customers, spark interest, and book appointments for our team.
If you're comfortable on the phone, love talking to people, and want to earn commission on top of a solid hourly rate — we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from our lists
- Introduce our services and spark interest
- Book appointments and pass warm leads to the team
- Keep simple notes of your calls
- Follow up with people who showed interest
What we're looking for
- Clear, confident phone manner and good English
- Positive, resilient attitude — you don't mind hearing "no"
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Comfortable with basic computer / CRM use
- Phone sales, call centre, or customer service experience is a plus (we'll train the right person)
- A second language (e.g. Mandarin or Cantonese) is a bonus, not required
