As a member of our management team, you’ll need a versatile skillset to thrive both independently and in a team environment. Hands-on expertise is essential, and flexibility for shift work, including weekends and public holidays, is essential.
To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:
Requirements and Qualifications:

Previous Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a similar role.

Certificates:

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate

Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) Certificate
-
Valid Responsible Management of Licensed Venue Certificate

Valid Approved Manager License

Skills and Experience:

Proficiency in conflict resolution.

Experience in employee engagement.
