About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll join a team of dedicated professionals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.

About you

We’re looking for individuals with:

Customer service experience (highly desirable)
A genuine interest in banking or financial services
Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
Resilience and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
A Grade 12 qualification (or equivalent)

What you will do

Handle inbound calls and assist with a variety of general banking inquiries, including:
- Providing account balances
- Replacing debit and credit cards
- Updating personal information
- Resolving issues with online banking
- Investigating transactions and disputes
- Managing fraud inquiries
- Logging complaints and capturing feedback
Provide accurate information and follow strict identification protocols

Note: This role does not involve sales or upselling.

Training period (on-site)

Weeks 1–3: Classroom training, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm (NSW time)
Weeks 4–7: On-the-job training, Monday–Friday. Full-time availability between 8:00 am–8:00 pm (NSW time) required

Important Information

During training, you must meet all job scorecard requirements, including attendance, assessments, and performance evaluations. 100% attendance is required during training.
If work-from-home is offered, you’ll need a stable internet connection and a quiet, secure workspace to deliver high-quality customer service.
