An exciting new opportunity has opened up on the beautiful Capricorn Coast and we are currently seeking a passionate and industry qualified Cook to join the amazing team at our PCYC Leadership Development Centre - Capricorn Coast. Your New Role

Reporting to the Camp Manager, your exciting new role will see you being responsible for ensuring that all meals are prepared to an industry acceptable standard. You will also provide support to the Camp Manager in operations connected with the Centre kitchen. About You

Industry recognised qualification in cooking/catering
Demonstrated cooking experience in a bistro-style outlet and competency in food handling
Ability to work autonomously
Ability to effectively supervise staff, including volunteers
Demonstrated experience of managing a kitchen and ensuring food preparation hygiene standards
