Automotive Signwriter, Vehicle Wrap Installer & Trimmer
Radikal Wraps is a specialist vehicle-protection and customisation studio in growth mode. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Signwriter, Vehicle Wrap Installer and Trimmer who can independently deliver high-quality work across premium and luxury vehicles, commercial signage and interior fit-outs.
This is a hands-on role for someone already confident in the trade. You will be expected to work to a high standard from day one, with minimal supervision.
The role
Your work will include:
- Preparing vehicle surfaces and installing vinyl graphics, colour-change wraps, printed media and paint protection film.
- Applying materials to exterior and interior vehicle surfaces, including vinyl, PPF, printable media, suede and Alcantara.
- Removing and refitting vehicle interior components such as door cards, dash trims, seats, headliners, trim panels and floor coverings.
- Completing interior vehicle trimming, wrapping and restoration work.
- Producing and installing signage, including fabricated signage, 3D boxes, wall-mounted graphics and display components.
- Carrying out office and commercial interior wrap fit-outs when required.
- Operating digital printers, flat-bed printers, laminators, plotters, cutters and associated CAD/cutting software.
- Reading and applying templates accurately, including custom vehicle templates.
- Keeping the workshop, tools and work areas clean, organised and safe.
- Maintaining Radikal Wraps’ standards for finish, detail, presentation and customer vehicle care.
What we need from you
- At least three years’ relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience working on luxury or premium vehicles, with at least two years in this environment.
- Proven capability in signwriting, vinyl application, vehicle wrapping and automotive interior trimming.
- Experience with PPF, printed vinyl, standard wrap films, suede, Alcantara and similar materials.
- Confidence with vehicle strip-down and reassembly without causing damage to trim, clips, panels or finishes.
- Experience using plotters, cutters, printers, laminators and CAD or cutter software.
- Strong practical knowledge of signage fabrication and installation is highly regarded.
- Excellent eye for detail, clean workmanship and pride in the final result.
- Ability to manage your own work efficiently, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, respectful and able to contribute positively to a close-knit team.
- A genuine interest in cars, craftsmanship and the automotive industry.

Pay: $76,550.00 – $80,000.00 per year
