About Us

GNA Services is a trusted provider supporting clients under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP). We are committed to helping elderly individuals maintain independence by providing reliable, compassionate, and high-quality support services.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Transport Support Worker to assist CHSP clients in Yass region with safe and timely transportation to their appointments and community activities.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy driving, meeting people, and making a meaningful difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe and punctual transport for clients to appointments
Assist clients with getting in and out of the vehicle (if required)
Ensure a comfortable and respectful experience for all clients
Maintain clear communication with the coordination team
Follow daily schedules and assigned trips

Pay & Benefits

$32 – $40 per hour
Travel KM is paid
Consistent work opportunities available
Supportive and friendly team environment

Requirements

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
Should be from Yass region
Own reliable vehicle (essential)
Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Previous experience in aged care, disability, or transport services
Understanding of elderly client needs
