Full Job Description

Are you an experienced cleaner looking to step up into a leadership role? We are seeking a reliable, high-performing Domestic Cleaning Supervisor to lead by example, maintain our high quality standards, and service premium residential homes across the Sydney metro area

In this role, you will balance hands-on cleaning with supervisory duties.

Work-Life Balance: Daytime hours only, Monday to Friday (No weekends or nights!).

Duties & Responsibilities:

Complete high-quality general and deep residential cleans alongside team members.
Inspect completed cleans to ensure they meet company and client standards.
Train and onboard new cleaning staff on company procedures and safety protocols.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site to handle feedback or special requests.
Manage cleaning inventory, equipment maintenance, and the company vehicle.

Requirements:

Proven experience in professional domestic or commercial cleaning (Required).
Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader, or senior cleaner role (Highly Preferred).
A valid Australian Driver's Licence with a clean driving record (Required).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and excellent time-management capabilities.
Ability to pass a National Police Check.

Schedule:

8-hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

Australian driver's licence (Required)

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
