About the Opportunity
As a Clinical Director Administrative Support Officer, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Clinical Director, Medical Leadership group and Site Coordinator of Training (SCOT) within Central Coast Mental Health Services .
This position is vital in supporting service delivery and maintaining strong relationships with patients, staff, and stakeholders. In this role you will:
- Provide high-level administrative support to ensure efficient and effective departmental operations.
- Coordinate priorities, manage workflows, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute documents, reports, correspondence, and meeting records.
- Deliver responsive customer service and act as a key point of contact for enquiries and stakeholders.
- Support departmental functions through minute taking, patient billing activities, and assistance to senior staff.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven administrative experience with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and exercise sound judgement under limited supervision.
- Experience preparing professional documents, reports, and accurate meeting minutes.
- Knowledge of, or ability to interpret and apply, policies, procedures, and relevant administrative processes including patient billing.
