About the role
Cutri Fruit requires a Forklift Driver to fulfil loading and unloading duties mainly within the Factory facility.
This position is full-time, and may be required to work shifts, including weekends.
This position reports to the Factory Manager.
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Loading and unloading fruit bins, pallets of consigned orders
- General yard duties
- Manual labour as required
- Wrapping/stacking pallets
- Carrying out instructions and attending to all ancillary farming activities as directed by Management;
- Ensuring a safe fruit farm working environment
Skills / Experience required (key competencies, must haves):
- HLF forklift license (Essential)
- Have considerable experience, fundamental knowledge and skills in factory operation;
- Warehousing/counterbalance experience preferably
- Trustworthy person who can be relied upon;
- Able to analyse and solve problems
- Be a responsible person who can work in a team environment;
- Enthusiastic, professional attitude and understanding of the objectives of the business
Skill Level:
- At least relevant Cert II or equivalent AND at least 1.5 years relevant post qualifications experience OR at least relevant Cert III or equivalent AND at least 1 year relevant post qualifications experience OR at least 2 years relevant experience and hold current relevant High Risk Licence
Salary being offered is between $68,864 - $80,000 dependent on experience.
