We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing bookkeeping team.
This is a hybrid role based in regional Victoria, with a minimum of three days per week in office and the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days. We are open to full-time, part-time, or school-hours arrangements for the right person.
You'll be part of a dedicated bookkeeping services team, within a financial services firm, supporting multiple business clients through structured systems, established workflows, and ongoing team support.
Your responsibilities may include:

Bank reconciliations
- Accounts payable and bill processing
- Accounts receivable and debtor management
- Payroll processing and superannuation compliance
- End-of-month reconciliations
- Data entry and transaction coding
- Maintaining accurate client records in Xero
- Communicating with clients and team members
- Following structured workflows and meeting recurring deadlines
- Supporting process improvements and efficiencies where required
Client needs vary, so we're looking for someone who can adapt, communicate effectively, and confidently manage multiple priorities.

- Current driver's licence and willingness to attend local offices and client sites as required
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting
- Hubdoc experience
- Karbon experience
- XPM experience
- Experience supporting multiple business clients
- Previous experience within an accounting, advisory, or bookkeeping services environment
Training will be provided on our internal systems, workflows, and processes. You'll bring the bookkeeping expertise, and we'll support you in learning our way of working. We will also provide the necessary equipment to help you succeed in your role.
