Full Job Description

Hanna Lawyers is seeking a motivated final-year law student to join our team as a Legal Clerk/Administrative Assistant, working 2–3 days per week, with the opportunity to transition quickly into a Graduate Lawyer position upon admission.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience across a broad range of legal matters while working closely with experienced practitioners who are committed to mentoring and developing the successful candidate.

About the Role

You will be involved in a variety of legal and administrative tasks, including:

Assisting with residential and commercial conveyancing transactions;
Preparing legal documents and correspondence;
Assisting with leases and property matters;
Supporting wills and estate planning matters;
Assisting with criminal law and civil litigation files;
Attending client conferences, settlements and Court appearances;
General administrative and practice support.

About You

To be considered for this role, you should:

Be in the final year of your law degree;
Have strong written and verbal communication skills;
Possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
Be proactive, reliable and eager to learn;
Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in a legal or office environment is desirable but not essential.
