We are seeking an experienced First-Class Welder / Fabricator (Boilermaker) to join our busy and well-equipped engineering workshop in Western Sydney.
This is a full-time position with an immediate start, offering competitive pay, guaranteed overtime for eligible experienced tradespeople, excellent working conditions and interesting, varied projects.

We are an established engineering company with more than 35 years of industry experience, supplying manufactured and fabricated components across a range of heavy engineering sectors.
Our projects support industries including government, mining and material handling, providing our team with varied and interesting work in a busy workshop environment.
About the Role
As a Welder / Fabricator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality fabricated components to engineering drawings and specifications.
You will need to be confident working independently, accurately interpreting drawings and completing fabrication and welding work to a high standard.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Trade qualification as a Welder, Boilermaker or relevant fabrication trade
- Previous welding and fabrication experience
- Experience welding in various positions
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG and STICK welding
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and professional work ethic
Salary & Overtime
We offer competitive rates + Super, with 15 hours of guaranteed overtime per week for experienced First-Class Boilermakers with relevant certification.
Additional overtime opportunities are available, including Saturdays.
