Full Job Description

Are you a skilled property manager who loves the industry but doesn’t want the full time grind anymore?

Whether you’ve stepped back from the spotlight or are just looking for something more balanced, this is a genuine part-time opportunity with a well run portfolio and a supportive team. There’s no pressure to climb the ladder or manage chaos, we just need your experience, reliability, and calm professionalism to support our Senior Property Manager and help keep things running smoothly.

Alternatively, we will also consider a full-time Junior Property Manager position for the right candidate.

About the Role

Supporting the Senior Property Manager across a well managed portfolio
Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
Assisting with leasing activities and inspections
Communicating professionally with tenants and landlords
Helping to prepare for SAT (if required)
General administration and property related tasks

About You

To be successful, you will need:

Minimum 12 months experience in Property Management or a similar role
A current WA Real Estate Certificate of Registration
A valid WA driver’s licence
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using property management software (experience with Reapit is a bonus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A reliable and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
