- Keeping the plant and surrounding work areas clean, safe and ready
- Working with the team to achieve daily production targetsFollowing all safety, site and operating procedures
- As the Senior Operation you will be supporting others in growing their skills and capability.

- Take pride in doing the job properly
- Are comfortable performing physical, hands-on work
- Can work confidently and safely around machinery
- Listen, learn and follow instructions

Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, will be highly regarded, but it isn’t essential.
A forklift licence would be an advantage. Training may be provided for the right person.
Our values guide how we work every day:
-
