Full Job Description

VK Windows & Doors is seeking a full-time Contract Administrator to join our team in Kilmore, Victoria.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and managing contracts relating to our aluminium window and door manufacturing, supply and installation activities.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing, reviewing, interpreting and administering contracts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Reviewing contractual terms, conditions, specifications and obligations.
Preparing and managing contract variations, extensions and amendments.
Monitoring contractual obligations, timelines, costs and deliverables.
Liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal staff regarding contractual matters.
Responding to contract-related enquiries and assisting in resolving contractual issues and disputes.
Maintaining accurate contract documentation, correspondence and records.
Monitoring work performed by contractors and recording variations to agreed works.
Preparing reports and documentation relating to contracts and ongoing projects.
Assisting management with contractual risks, compliance requirements and matters requiring attention.
Ensuring contractual arrangements are administered in accordance with company requirements and applicable obligations.

About you:

Relevant qualification and/or experience in contract administration, business management or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organisational and document-management skills.
Ability to interpret contractual documents and manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to liaise professionally with clients, suppliers and contractors.
Experience in construction, manufacturing, building products or a related industry will be highly regarded.

Pay: $79,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
