About the Role

Step through our pink doors into the whimsical world of Peter Alexander as Store Manager at our Wagga Wagga store! You’ll be a key player in driving sales, supporting your team’s growth, and making sure every customer feels like they’ve stepped into a dream. If you love fashion, leading with energy, and have a knack for making things happen, we want you to help us grow our vibrant brand.

This is a Full-time position, and requires availability on alternating weekends, alternating late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

A Day in the Life

Lead your team to exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a joyful, customer-first atmosphere.
Train, develop, and inspire your team to bring their best selves to work every day.
Keep the store looking fabulous with fresh visual merchandising displays and regular promotions.
Manage stock to minimise loss while maximising opportunities for sales.
Maintain a safe and welcoming environment where customers and team members can feel right at home.
Create rosters that suit store demand and ensure the team is well-supported during trading hours.

What You’ll Bring

Previous leadership experience in apparel retail.
Experience in managing high stock volume and reducing stock loss.
A love for delivering an unforgettable customer experience and creating a playful atmosphere.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage KPIs with a smile.
Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail.
An upbeat and enthusiastic attitude, ready to bring joy to your team and customers.
