About the role:

As an Executive Assistant you will provide administrative and operational support to Partners within the Business Advisory division.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide high-level administrative and executive support to Partners and the broader team.
Manage Partner diaries, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and stakeholder communications.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports and supporting documentation.
Coordinate client onboarding, engagement documentation and client correspondence.
Assist with billing, debtor management and administrative aspects of client engagements.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, banks, solicitors and other external stakeholders.
Support business development initiatives, including tenders, proposals, marketing activities and client events.
Maintain accurate records, filing systems and practice management registers.
Coordinate office administration activities, including mail management, deliveries and reception support.
Assist with workflow and deadline management to ensure client service standards are maintained.
Support the implementation and use of firm systems, processes and technology platforms.
Contribute to a positive client experience through professional, timely and efficient service delivery.

About you:

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Essential

Completion of Secondary Education

Desirable

Certificate in Business Administration

DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:

Essential

3-5 years in a similar role
Strong Communication Skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
