We are seeking a highly organised and proactive RTO Manager to join our growing Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administration professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting quality education and training outcomes.As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the organisation, ensuring administrative processes run smoothly while supporting trainers, students, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with RTO standards, policies, and procedures
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and training activities
Support trainers and assessors with administrative requirements
Maintain databases and reporting systems
Liaise with students, employers, and external stakeholders
Manage office supplies, facilities, and general office administration
Support senior management with operational and project-based tasks
Leading day-to-day operations and delivery of accredited and non-accredited training programs.
Overseeing compliance with the 2025 ASQA RTO Standards and all relevant legislation and funding requirements.
Leading quality assurance, continuous improvement, and organisational risk management, including audit preparation.
Managing people and culture functions - recruitment, performance, development, retention, and succession planning.
Building and maintaining relationships with government agencies, industry bodies, and key stakeholders.
Monitoring budgets and KPIs, reporting directly to the CEO and Board.
Driving innovation and identifying opportunities for business development.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
At least 3 years' leadership experience within an RTO.
Strong knowledge of the 2025 RTO Standards, ASQA requirements, and VET legislation.
Proven experience in compliance, quality assurance, and audit processes.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or education sector (highly desirable)
Previous experience in an RTO Manager role.
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems
The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
A professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
