Facilitator, Outdoor Educators, Group Fitness, Camp staff, Personal Trainers, Activities Instructors for A School Based Amazing Teams Event.

MELBOURNE CBD

Thrill Events requires confident, outgoing staff to run team-based games and group activities in a dynamic setting!

Job Details:

Date: Tuesday 25th August 2026
Time: 10.30am - 1.30pm
Location: Melbourne CBD venue

Your Role will include:

Welcome participants - Year 11-12 Students
Confidently host / instruct team activities
Deliver clear instructions in a fun and engaging way
Facilitate fun and engaging team challenges with energy and professionalism
Coordinate and organise to ensure smooth event delivery
Distribute and manage activity equipment
Score and oversee activities
Motivate participants and encourage engagement
Maintain safety standards and follow protocols

What we are looking for in the successful candidate:

Confident public speaking and group engagement skills
Strong communication and instruction-giving abilities
Experience leading and delivering group activities
Ability to lead teams and coordinate staff under time pressure
Energetic, positive and customer-focused attitude
Ability to remain calm, responsive and safety-aware
Comfortable facilitating physical, outdoor and active team activities
Reliable, punctual, honest
Ability to work collaboratively
Professional presentation and ability to work in a team
CURRENT VALID WWCC

Pay rate:
Rate based on experience and responsibilities
