Leadership Roles

Lead a team of F&B staff, ensuring efficient operation under your supervision.
Train and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service.
Report on unit performance, from stock management to staff appraisals, and provide feedback to senior management.

Whether you have been a senior management team member or have supervised a small F&B team, we are looking for leaders with a variety of experience levels:

Team Leader
Supervisor
Area Supervisor (multiple units)
Manager
Area Manager (looking after a whole zone of the precinct)

The Positions:

Lead and inspire a diverse team across food, beverage, and customer service operations
Ensure smooth, efficient, and safe day-to-day service delivery across your assigned area, while maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer experience
Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
Liaise with stakeholders and other event departments to ensure cohesive service
Monitor stock levels, operational issues, and team scheduling needs
Resolve issues calmly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
Contribute to the vibrant, world-class atmosphere of the Australian Open

The Person:

Proven experience in a hospitality management setting, with a track record of successfully leading teams.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
