PT Wanted in Urangan, QLD

No Rent. Leads Handed To You. A Coach Behind You.

Casual personal training role in Urangan, QLD, starting immediately. Between $40.17 and $55 an hour based on ongoing client hours, plus super and commission. Work toward 20 to 30+ paid hours/week.

A Week In This Role

Clients are booked and confirmed before you arrive, the paperwork is handled, and your weekly mentoring just helped you sign five new ongoing members. You spend your day coaching, not chasing, and your income keeps climbing.

That is the job.

The One Condition

None, really. Just a bar to clear. This fits if you are:

Driven. You are building a career here, not killing time between jobs.
Reliable. People can count on you to be there and be ready.
Coachable. You take feedback without making excuses or getting defensive.
Consistent. You show up the same way on the hard days as the easy ones.
If that is not you, this will not work, and that is fine. We are looking for coaches who want to actually coach.
