About the Role
We’re seeking a Diploma-qualified educator to join our long-standing, family-run early childhood service in Upwey, with a preferred start date in August.
This is a permanent part-time position, currently rostered 8:30 am–5:00 pm, including a 1-hour uninterrupted lunch break and covered tea breaks. Rosters are reviewed at the beginning of each year and may change from January in line with service needs.
The role will be finalised based on the successful applicant’s experience, strengths and service needs. This may include working across different age groups or supporting a specific room, with a focus on building meaningful relationships with children, families and educators.
This position would suit an experienced educator who values consistency, strong relationships, responsive practice and being part of a stable team. We are looking for someone seeking a long-term role within a small, independent early childhood service.
