About the role
O'Brien Plumbing and Roofing Wyong are seeking an experienced Roofer to join our team in Wyong NSW. In this role, you will carry out high-quality roofing work while supporting and working as team. Key responsibilities
- Carrying out roofing installation, maintenance, and repair work to a high standard
- Providing guidance and mentoring to less-experienced roofing team members
- Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
- Advising customers on roofing products, solutions, and best practices
- Ensuring all work meets company quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Collaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitoring job progress and assisting with planning and resource allocation
About you
- Proven experience as a roofer, with a strong background in the trade
- Ability to mentor and support other team members effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Thorough understanding of roofing products, materials, and installation processes
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Flexible and adaptable to changing job or site requirements
- Solid understanding of workplace safety standards and compliance
