As an Assistant Program Officer, you'll support initiatives that help healthcare professionals learn, grow and deliver great outcomes for regional communities. Working with a collaborative team, you'll help coordinate programs, strengthen workforce capability and contribute to projects that make a real difference.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
Supporting workforce development initiatives that build capability across allied health teams.
Coordinating program activities, events and stakeholder engagement to keep projects on track.
Using data and reporting insights to monitor progress and support informed decisions.
Building strong relationships that foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Experience supporting projects, programs or service delivery activities.
Strong digital skills, including Microsoft Office and other business systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
The ability to manage priorities, solve problems and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience supporting education, training or workforce development programs and/or experience in healthcare or the public sector.
Most importantly, you're passionate about helping others succeed and creating positive impact through collaboration, innovation and service excellence.
