What your day could look like

As an Enrolled Nurse - Advanced Skill, you'll play an important role in helping older people live with comfort, dignity and confidence. From providing high-quality clinical care to working closely with nurses, residents and families, you'll be part of a team committed to delivering safe, compassionate and personalised care every day.

Every day, you'll contribute by:
Delivering evidence-based nursing care that supports residents' health, wellbeing and quality of life.
Monitoring changes in residents' conditions and collaborating with the care team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Using clinical judgement and digital systems to support safe, effective and person-centred care.
Encouraging a positive team culture by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and contributing to ongoing improvement.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as an Enrolled Nurse with no medication restrictions.
Demonstrated nursing skills and clinical knowledge within an aged care or similar care environment.
Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively and contribute to safe, person-centred care.
Commitment to professional growth, reflective practice and continuous improvement.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience administering and monitoring intravenous medications and/or additional experience working in residential aged care settings.

Most importantly, you'll be passionate about supporting older people and delivering care that reflects compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage.
