Forget "standard" childcare. Eden Academy Kurri Kurri is a stunning, architecturally designed sanctuary flooded with natural light and premium resources that are replenished frequently. Operating from 7am to 6:30pm, our centre provides the perfect indoor and outdoor settings for 105 children to explore, and for you to deliver a world-class Kindergarten program.

About You – Our Ideal Early Childhood Teacher

Passionate about early education, with experience delivering high-quality care and learning
Thrives in inclusive, nurturing environments where every child feels seen and supported
Committed to empowering children to grow as independent, curious, and resilient learners
Brings a strong focus on school readiness, guiding little learners with care and intention
Designs engaging programs and fosters meaningful, thought-provoking conversations
Inspires a lifelong love of learning and helps lay the foundation for future success

What You’ll Bring:

A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
A current Working with Children Check
Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Full Australian working rights
A professional, polished presence and warm approach
A natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community
Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention
Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
