Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead ACM’s NSW agency market presence. Your primary goal is to drive national revenue growth across our print, digital, and programmatic portfolios.
This role requires a firmly established industry footprint. We are seeking a senior commercial leader with an active and influential network across the Sydney agency ecosystem. We need someone who can step in, shape annual trading agreements, and elevate ACM’s national market share from day one.
- Lead the NSW agency sales approach, ensuring the team consistently outperforms national revenue targets across all platforms.
- Utilise your established relationships with Group Investment Directors, Client Leads, and Agency Heads to secure high-value national partnerships.
- Champion our digital, programmatic, and cross-platform capabilities so agencies fully understand the commercial value of our 5-million-strong national audience.
- Mentor and develop the agency sales team, fostering a culture of strong commercial accountability, resilience, and collaboration.
- Oversee accurate CRM forecasting, lead complex negotiations, and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure elite campaign delivery.
- 8+ years of senior media sales experience, currently or recently operating at a Director or Senior National Group Manager level.
- Deep, active relationships across the Sydney media agency landscape. You must be well-regarded by key decision-makers at major holding companies and top-tier independents.
- Proven expertise in commercialising programmatic, data-driven, display, and cross-platform solutions at scale.
- A strong track record of driving team culture, managing complex corporate negotiations, and holding multi-location teams to high operational standards.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience navigating a complex, matrixed media business are highly regarded
