Residential Property Manager

We are seeking a Residential Property Manager to join our team!

Details below regarding our office and the Role:

About Us: We are a long term local and professional real estate office with a proud reputation for efficiency, honesty, and professionalism - focused on Property Management only. Committed to maintaining a friendly and customer-centric approach, we are currently seeking a well-presented and motivated individual to join our team.

A smaller portfolio than most offices offer whilst you get settled in and learn about your properties and clients before 'loading you up' under pressure!

Workplace flexibility for the right people - we do not micromanage!

Property Manager

Key Responsibilities: As a Property Manager within our team, you will have the opportunity to manage a select portfolio of properties, ensuring a personalized experience for both clients and tenants. Our focus is on quality over quantity, allowing you to thrive in your role and continue your genuine love for real estate management and People!!

Qualifications:

Minimum FIVE years of experience in sales, customer service, or administration.
Must hold a Agents Representative Certificate or willingness to obtain straight away
Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and a keen willingness to learn.
Drivers license and readiness to obtain a real estate license promptly. (Car will be negotiated in salary) We have new Toyota Yaris's!!
Proven ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
Proficient computer and administration skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Comprehensive in-house training by our senior property managers/Director (and support!).
A smaller-sized office providing a close-knit and supportive team environment. We are a unique office with several property managers and the Director is a property manager also!
Emphasis on workplace autonomy, independence, and flexibility. No clock watchers or time wasters - you must show independence, bring Joy and a desire to learn and improve!
