Administration Assistant (Part Time)

Location: Tamworth, NSW

Employment Type: Part-time, 2 days per week (with scope to increase as the business grows)

Hours: Flexible (school hours)

About Us

TD Kerr Electrical Pty Ltd is a local, growing electrical contracting business delivering industrial, commercial and solar projects across the region. As our workload grows, we're looking for an organised and reliable Administration Assistant to help keep the office running smoothly.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, initially 2 days per week, with the opportunity for more days as the business continues to grow. We're happy to work around school hours and can be flexible on which days and times suit the right candidate.

Your responsibilities will include:

General administration duties
Data entry and record keeping
Personal assistant support to management
Answering calls and emails, and general office support as needed

About You

Previous administration or office experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
