Personal Trainer | Tallygaroopna, VIC

No Rent. Leads Handed To You. A Coach Behind You.

Area: Tallygaroopna, VIC

Basis: Casual

Pay rate: between $40.17 and $55 an hour based on ongoing client hours, plus super and commission

Starting: Immediate

Hours: Build to 20 to 30+ paid hours/week

This Sounds Too Good to Be True

Yeah. We hear that from every trainer who applies. Here is what you actually get:

Weekly 1 on 1 mentoring. 15+ years of experience, every week, at no charge. Your mentor helps you close clients, fix programs and grow your income.

A real client app. Messaging, appointments, programming, health stats and nutrition, all in one place.

No marketing to run. We do the ads, the calls and the follow up. You do the sessions.

Your own PT assistant. Books sessions, sends reminders, handles follow ups and passes you notes before every client walks in. You just show up and coach.

Done for you systems. Uniforms, business cards, trainer profile, client app and branding. All handled.

No rent. Ever. Keep what you earn from session one.

The Usual PT Deal Is Stacked Against You. This One Is Not.

The reason you picked this career was the coaching. Everything else just gets in the way.

Not to spend it doing this:

Carry all the risk yourself with nobody in your corner when it gets hard
Pay $300 a week for the privilege of cold calling strangers and hoping one shows up
Play marketer, salesperson, accountant and admin while forgetting why you started

Structured. You track your clients, plan your sessions and follow systems that work.
Reliable. People can count on you to be there and be ready.
Accountable. You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.
Coachable. You take feedback without making excuses or getting defensive.
