We’re looking for a Support Coordinator to join our Account and Document Services team. As a key member of the team, you'll play an important role in supporting document management, mailroom operations and customer service activities that help keep the bank running smoothly. You'll work across a variety of tasks, collaborate with teams throughout the business, and contribute to an important part of our customer journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with customer service or administrative experience who is looking to start or grow their banking career.

This is a permanent role based in Sydney. The core hours of this role are 7:45am – 4:00pm.

What you’ll do

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and document distribution across the business.
Scan, validate, file, archive and retrieve documents while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Process cheques and documentation in line with service level agreements and operational procedures.
Provide responsive customer service and support to internal stakeholders across ING.
Assist with workplace health and safety equipment coordination, record maintenance and audits.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce risk and enhance service delivery.

What we’re looking for

Experience in customer service, administration or a similar support role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately within established processes and procedures.
A growth mindset with a keen desire to learn new information and processes.
