Introduction

Help shape how consumers experience and connect with some of the most recognised hospitality brands across Australasia and the Pacific. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact public relations campaigns, drive brand awareness, and deliver compelling stories that influence consumer perception and business performance. If you're a creative communicator who thrives on media engagement, strategic storytelling, and delivering results, this is your opportunity to make a regional impact.

Your day to day

Develop and execute integrated public relations campaigns across Australasia and the Pacific, driving media coverage, consumer engagement, and brand awareness for a portfolio of brands and loyalty initiatives.
Create compelling stories, media materials, campaign content, and communications plans that generate meaningful coverage and help differentiate brands within competitive markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, influencers, agencies, and key stakeholders to maximise earned media opportunities and strengthen brand reputation.
Partner closely with marketing, commercial, social media, and brand teams to deliver integrated campaigns that align with business priorities and commercial objectives.
Measure campaign effectiveness, monitor media performance, manage budgets, and provide insights and recommendations that continuously improve results and return on investment.

What we need from you

At least 5 years of experience in public relations, external communications, corporate communications, or agency environments, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content development skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives for diverse audiences and channels.
Strong media relations experience, including building relationships with journalists, influencers, and media partners, ideally across lifestyle, travel, luxury, or consumer sectors.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, agencies, budgets, and projects simultaneously while delivering against tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with experience measuring campaign performance and using insights to inform future communications strategies.
