Keep a Busy Food Production Facility Clean, Safe and Running Smoothly

Do you take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented environments? Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking for a role with consistent daytime hours? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

Challenger Services Group is seeking Full-Time Facility Cleaners to join our team in Mascot. Working within a large food production environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring shared spaces, amenities, and operational areas remain clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values attention to detail, and wants to be part of a supportive team.

Shift Time: Rotating Roster (Earliest start 6:00am | Latest finish 3:00pm across a 7-day week)

Location: Mascot, NSW

What You'll Be Doing

As a Facility Cleaner, you'll be responsible for:

Maintaining cleanliness throughout amenities, common areas, and operational spaces.
Emptying bins and managing waste and recycling.
Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms and amenities.
Refilling consumables including paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and sanitiser dispensers.
Operating walk-behind scrubbers and other cleaning equipment.
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Supporting a clean, hygienic, and welcoming workplace environment

About You

You'll be someone who:

Has previous cleaning or facility services experience (preferred but not essential).
Has experience operating walk-behind scrubbers or is willing to learn.
Takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Is reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Can work independently and manage tasks effectively.
Has strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Holds a valid Police Check or is willing to obtain one
