The Opportunity

As a Site Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of projects — helping coordinate trades, solve technical challenges, and keep work moving safely, on time and to a high standard.

You’ll be working closely with Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors, gaining exposure across all stages of the build and building your confidence in a fast-paced site environment.

In this role, you will:

Support the coordination of site activities, ensuring trades and suppliers are aligned and progressing works
Review drawings, manage technical queries, and help resolve issues on site
Monitor progress and contribute to planning and sequencing of construction activities
Carry out quality checks and support compliance with project specifications and safety standards
Work closely with subcontractors and project teams to keep delivery on track

What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a Site Engineer who has built a solid foundation early in their career and is ready to take the next step — someone who’s motivated to learn from experienced leaders and step up into greater responsibility on site.

You will bring:

A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Around 2+ years’ experience in commercial construction
A solid understanding of drawings, construction sequencing, and quality standards
Strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams
A proactive, solution-focused mindset and attention to detail
An eagerness to learn and take ownership in a site-based role
