You enjoy sharing your passion for General Education and thrive on supporting and mentoring a diverse group of students with various linguistic and cultural backgrounds. You can also adapt your facilitation style to meet your students’ needs and deliver in a clear concise manner. You have demonstrated ability to collaborate within a dynamic teaching team and are committed to building the skills of your students.

A talent pool will be created from this advertisement for any permanent or temporary positions that become available in the next 18 months.

About You

To be successful in the role, you will:

Hold appropriate subject knowledge and skills, and at minimum hold a Qualification of the below:
- a degree with at least one unit of study in one or more of the subject areas listed below OR
- any degree and postgraduate study in one or more of the subject areas listed below OR
- a diploma qualification in one or more of the subject areas listed – Humanities, English, Science or Mathematics

Have a minimum of three (

years post-qualification industry experience relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously.

Hold evidence of the required teaching qualification to deliver Vocational Education and Training (VET). See the candidate support document here for details.

Be prepared to develop and maintain your VET knowledge and skills as well as your industry currency, and trainer/assessor competence.
