Full Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced pool technician that wants to work in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney

Not someone who wants to learn the basics.
Not someone who needs hand-holding.
We need people who already know what they’re doing and want to step up as a proper pool technician who is capable of performing equipment installation work.

Do you actually enjoy installing equipment properly?
Variable speed pumps, automation systems, heaters, salt chlorinators, lighting, and full system upgrades. The kind of work where you finish a job, step back, and think “that looks and works really well”

Our customers are homeowners who want more than just a clean pool. They want relevant solutions to make their lives easier.

We’ve been independently owned and operated for 7 years. No big franchise machine. No layers of managers. Just a small team that actually gives a damn about the work and the people we do it for.

Here’s what we’re really looking for:

You already have solid experience installing pool equipment (not just servicing)
You can talk to customers without sounding like a robot
You take pride in doing the job properly the first time
You’re over office politics and just want to get on with the work
You’re happy to share what you know with the rest of the team

We’re not looking for someone who wants to “clock on and switch off.”
We need people who actually think while they’re on the job.

What’s in it for you?

Proper money $90k+ depending on how good you are and how much ownership you take.
You’ll be doing a mixture of installation, servicing, and upgrade work (not just running around cleaning pools every day)
Small, independent business — your work gets noticed (for the right reasons)
No one’s going to throw you under the bus or steal credit

One honest catch:

If you’re the type who needs constant supervision or only does the bare minimum, this isn’t the right fit. We’re a small team and we rely on each other.

We’ve owned and run this business for 7 years. We still get out on the tools regularly and we're pretty fussy about the standard of work we deliver. If that sounds like your kind of environment, I’d rather have a quick chat than just read a resume.
