Why this role?
As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you'll take on greater ownership of Snyk's pipeline generation across ANZ — running more sophisticated, multi-touch prospecting motions, mentoring newer SDRs, and partnering closely with Account Executives to build enterprise pipeline. This role suits someone who has already proven they can hit quota and is ready for more autonomy, more complex accounts, and a bigger hand in shaping how the team prospects.
What You'll Do:
Own high-volume, multi-channel prospecting (cold calling, email, and LinkedIn) across a portfolio of strategic and enterprise accounts
Build and run account-based outreach sequences in Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo, refining messaging based on what's converting
Mentor and coach newer SDRs on prospecting technique, objection handling, and pipeline hygiene
Articulate Snyk's value proposition with confidence across a range of industries and buyer personas
Partner closely with Account Executives to build and prioritize enterprise pipeline, with input into target account strategy
Consistently exceed pipeline and meeting-generation targets, and help refine team playbooks and processes
What You Bring:
1+ years of SDR/BDR experience, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Proven multi-channel prospecting skills — cold calling, email, and social selling
Hands-on experience with sales engagement and prospecting tools (Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar)
Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine relationships with prospects and internal partners
A resilient, ambitious mindset and a genuine interest in growing a long-term career in cybersecurity sales

Annual Base Salary Range: AUD $78,000 - AUD $78,000
Target Commission Range: AUD $42,000 - AUD $42,000 (at 100% attainment of sales)
