Full Job Description

We're excited to welcome a Clinical Nurse Consultant - Pateint Flow to our Inpatient and Rehabilitation Units.

Key Responsibilities include:
Responsible for enacting strategies that supports a work-based culture that promotes and supports education, learning, research and workforce development.
Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
Understand your broad responsibilities for safety and quality in healthcare, actively participate in continuous quality and safety improvement activities within the workplace and notify a relevant clinical or non-clinical responsible officer when concerns exist about workplace or patient safety.
Practice in accordance with code of ethics, professional standards and legislation affecting nursing practice by maintaining current knowledge and competence within scope of position.

Remuneration based pro rata on equivalent full time value up to $173 368 p.a., comprising salary rates: $70.58 - $76.63 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 7) (Fixed term temporary part time position available for up to 12 months, 30.4 hrs p.f.). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
