We currently have an opportunity for Cleaners to join our workforce and play a key role in supporting the effective and efficient management of properties across Stockland’s national portfolio, supporting Stockland's Baringa & Birtinya Town Centre.
We are currently seeking casual cleaners for the following:
Baringa Town Centre with 20 hours per week.
Birtinya Town Centre with 19 hours per week
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Perform routine cleaning of facilities, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas
Clean and sanitise high-touch areas and replenish supplies as needed
Empty bins and dispose of waste in line with safety guidelines
Operate cleaning equipment safely and report any maintenance issues
Follow health and safety procedures while completing tasks efficiently and maintaining a professional approach
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in cleaning roles across commercial, residential, or similar environments
Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Knowledge of safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
Understanding of workplace health and safety and basic sanitation practices
Good time management skills and ability to work independently
Ability to follow procedures, communicate effectively, and report issues as required
Must have Working with Children’s Check or be willing to obtain
Prepared to undertake necessary pre-employment checks which includes National Police Check and medical.
