Temporary opportunity through to August 2027.

About the role:
As a Treatment Plant Assistant Operator, you will support the safe and reliable operation of Unitywater’s sewage treatment and recycled water plants across Kawana, Landsborough and Maleny. This is a temporary opportunity through to August 2027, providing hands-on experience and development within the water industry.

Working alongside experienced Treatment Plant Operators, you will assist with daily plant operations and maintenance, monitor performance using SCADA, collect samples, undertake routine analysis and support basic troubleshooting, data entry and reporting.

You will also help maintain clean, safe and well-presented sites through general housekeeping and grounds maintenance.

About you:

A Certificate III in Wastewater Treatment is desirable.
A current C Class Driver’s Licence.

A willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive team with a strong, positive culture.
