What’s the role?
We are seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our Southport and Robina team.
This role will suit a motivated and patient-focused clinician who enjoys working across varied caseloads and clinical environments. You will perform high-quality Nuclear Medicine and PET imaging procedures while collaborating closely with Radiologists, who are dedicated Dual Trained NM/PET Radiologists, referring clinicians, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
The role offers exposure to:
- PET/CT (including Diagnostic CT), Nuclear Medicine, In-house radiopharmacy operations and Theranostics
- Clinical trials involvement while collaborating closely with Dual Trained NM/PET Radiologists, referring clinicians, and the wider multidisciplinary team
- Ongoing professional learning and development opportunities- which includes an annual CPD allowance
- Pathways for career progression and diversification, including options for future MRI training positions
You will also contribute to maintaining high clinical standards, patient safety, and workflow efficiency across multiple sites.

Is this role right for you?
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Radiation Science – Nuclear Medicine) or equivalent
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Current CPR certification
- Working with Children Check and/or National Police Check
- Confidence working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive mindset and commitment to quality improvement, learning, and professional growth
