Busselton Bitumen & Civil is a proudly family-owned and operated company, now spanning two generations. Based in Busselton, we have deep roots in the South West and bring a strong local knowledge to every project we undertake. Our dedicated team has grown with the business and shares a common goal, to deliver quality, reliability, and lasting results across all areas of bitumen and civil construction.

Civil Labourer

Location: South West WA – Bunbury / Busselton / Margaret River Region

Pay: $30–$35 per hour (flat rate, based on experience)

Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in civil or asphalt labouring (preferred but not essential).
White Card (Construction Induction) – required.
Physically fit and reliable.
Ability to work in a team and follow direction.
HR or MR licence desirable but not essential.
Safety-conscious and committed to quality work

Tasks & responsibilities

Assist with site preparation and earthworks.
Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes and compactors.
Support the crew in setting up and cleaning down job sites.
Operate small plant or equipment (if experienced).
Follow site safety procedures and instructions from supervisors

Benefits

Full-time position with consistent hours.
$30–$35 per hour (based on experience).
Local South West work, no FIFO or night shift.
