Full Job Description

Employment Type: Casual (Minimum 20 hours per week) with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate

About Us:

We are a community-focused pharmacy looking for an experienced Dispense Technician to join our friendly and supportive team. We pride ourselves on providing great service to our customers and creating a positive workplace where everyone works together to get the job done.

This role offers a minimum of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts when available.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist with the dispensing process and preparation of prescriptions.
Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
Support the pharmacists with day-to-day dispensary operations.
Process scripts accurately and maintain attention to detail.
Assist with stock management, including ordering and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
Help keep the dispensary organised, compliant, and running smoothly.
Work collaboratively with the wider pharmacy team to deliver excellent customer care.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure all relevant policies and procedures are followed.

What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience working as a Dispense Technician is essential.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
The ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.
A genuine passion for helping customers and supporting the community.
Flexibility to pick up additional shifts when required.
