Role Overview
The Equipment Trainer delivers clear, safe and equipment-based training that helps people understand how to operate, inspect and maintain KOR’s high-pressure water equipment correctly.
You will support accredited training delivered through KOR Academy and the relevant RTO arrangements. You’ll also support customer equipment handovers, operator refreshers, verification of competency activities, operator guides, practical assessments and KOR Train content.
Some of your duties will include:
- Deliver equipment-based, high-pressure water jetting training for operators, technicians and customers around NSW and QLD
- Deliver training in a way that is clear, practical and suitable for operators with varying levels of experience
- Record practical evidence accurately and consistently
- Support the development of short, equipment-aligned KOR Train video content
- Promote safe equipment operation and correct inspection practices
- Identify training gaps, recurring operator issues and opportunities to improve training materials
What we are looking for
- 3 years minimum of practical high-pressure water jetting experience
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- Ability to explain technical information and create quotes in plain language
- Experience delivering training to operators, customers and internal teams.
- Ability to travel interstate for work and training
