Full Job Description

Winners Swim Club is looking for passionate and reliable Swim Instructors/Coaching Staff to join our team at our Tarragindi pool. We offer a friendly, supportive environment and competitive rates!

Pay Rate:

$35.00 – $45.00 per hour (commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Shift Options: (Flexible days / Pick your available days)

Mon – Fri (Afternoon): 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 8:15 AM – 11:15 AM / 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM

-Includes paid setup (15 mins prior) and pack-down/admin time (30 mins after)

Sunday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM (2 hrs paid)

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality, engaging Learn to Swim and Squad sessions for kids.
Pre-shift setup and post-shift pool deck pack-down.
Ensuring a safe, fun, and encouraging environment for young swimmers.

Requirements:

Valid Swim Teaching Qualification (AUSTSWIM, Swim Australia, or equivalent)
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
CPR & First Aid Certificate
Punctuality, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude
