Green by Nature is expanding in Brisbane, and we're looking for a motivated leader to oversee site operations, mentor crews and deliver high-quality hardscape and structural landscaping projects. Working Monday to Friday with early starts and early finishes, you'll enjoy a healthy work-life balance, with a fully maintained company vehicle, uniforms, PPE and tools all provided—allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.

Leading and delivering landscape construction projects across Brisbane.

Completing hardscape works including paving, retaining walls, concreting, decks and timber structures.

Reading and interpreting construction plans to ensure projects are delivered to specification.

Coordinating materials, subcontractors, machinery and daily site activities.

Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and presentation across every project.

Supervising, mentoring and developing team members on site.

Assisting with project planning and providing input into project scheduling and delivery.

Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or extensive industry experience).

White Card (essential).

Proven experience in hardscape and structural landscape construction.

Previous experience leading teams or supervising construction crews.

Strong commitment to workplace safety and delivering quality workmanship.

Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.

Current driver's licence (company vehicle provided).
