Pool Maintenance & Technician – Entry Level Considered
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pool Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Previous experience in pool cleaning or pool maintenance is desirable but not required. We are happy to train the right person who is willing to learn, work hard and develop their skills within the swimming pool industry.
Experience as a pool technician, or knowledge of pool cleaning, servicing and equipment, would be an advantage. However, enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are just as important as experience.

Splash Pools SA is a locally owned, family-run business dedicated to providing exceptional pool maintenance services and building quality swimming pools throughout Adelaide. With our pool shop and warehouse based in Kidman Park, we are rapidly expanding and looking for a dedicated Pool Maintenance & Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities Include
- Pool cleaning and regular pool servicing
- Green pool treatments
- Water testing and adding chemicals
- Installation and set-up of pool equipment, including pumps, filters, chlorinators, heat pumps, automation systems and robotic cleaners
- Onsite customer visits and quotes
- New pool handovers
- Pool plumbing and steel fixing
- Assisting with new pool construction
- Retail shop assistance
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in pool maintenance or as a pool technician is desirable, but not required
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in pool maintenance, plumbing and construction
- Reliable, hardworking and motivated attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's licence
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
