About the Role
As a Trade Trainer, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future workforce by:
- Delivering engaging, hands-on training that brings real-world industry experience into the classroom and workshop.
- Mentoring and supporting students as they begin their trade careers.
- Developing and improving training resources, lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
- Creating a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Working closely with the Training Team Leader (Trade) and fellow trainers to deliver high-quality, industry-relevant programs.
You'll be part of a dedicated team committed to helping students succeed through practical, face-to-face training in modern workshop facilities.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for industry professionals who are passionate about their trade and keen to share their experience with others.
You'll ideally have:
- A Trade Certificate in Mobile Plant Technology or relevant trade qualification.
- Current industry knowledge and skills.
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122), or willingness to obtain one with our support.
- Experience in vocational education and training (desirable but not essential).
- A current Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to safety, professionalism and helping others succeed.
