Full Job Description

About the role

Reporting to the Branch Manager and based at our Rockhampton site, this is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for our trade and industrial customers, helping them find the right products, placing orders, and providing solutions that keep their businesses moving.

What you will be doing:

Serving trade and industrial customers at the front counter and over the phone
Processing sales, quotes, and orders accurately
Handling customer enquiries and providing tailored product advice
Building strong relationships with regular trade customers
Supporting general admin and sales tasks as needed

Standard hours for this role are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm

What you will bring:

Experience in customer service and/or sales administration
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded
Experience in estimating and drafting in a similar industry is also highly regarded.
