About the Opportunity
Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) is seeking motivated Enrolled Nurse (Community Health) to join the Community Nursing team based at Griffith.
As the Enrolled Nurse, you will:

Deliver safe, person-centred, evidence-based nursing care

Assess, plan and evaluate care in collaboration with the Registered Nurse
-
Provide clinical care, education and health promotion
-
Build strong therapeutic relationships and work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team
-
Recognise and respond to deterioration, escalating care as required
-
Support safe transitions of care and continuous improvement activities
-
Work within scope of practice, including delegated activities, and support AINs, students and learners

Current nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
